From the established fan-favourites like ESCA Gourmet Pizza + Bar to the fresh twists by Carrots N Dates, the participating restaurants – which include renowned names such as Shoeless Joes, Billy K's, Seguin Patate, and many more – will each present a taco with a unique spin that transcends the traditional.
